STARTERS

Chicken Liver Parfait – a smooth pate infused with cream & brandy, served with lightly toasted brioche and salad garnish

 

Fanned Honydew Melon – served with smoked salmon, prawns or Parma ham and salad garnish

 

Mushroom Pepperpot – topped with stilton cheese and served with rustic bread

 

Asparagus Spears – stuffed with feta cheese and wrapped in Parma ham, served with hollandaise sauce on a bed of rocket

 

Thai Fish Cakes – served with sweet chilli sauce and salad garnish

MAIN COURSES

Traditional Roast Beef and Yorkshire Pudding

                                           

Chicken Breast with a mozzerella and spinach stuffing served with a tomato and Italian sauce

                                          

Pan-fried pork loin steak served with glazed apples and a cream and cider sauce

                                             

Herb crusted cod loin served with a lemon butter sauce

                                             

Poached salmon darne with a tomato and red onion salsa sauce

                                              

Roasted Lamb Henry served with a redcurrant and mint jus – (incurs a surcharge)

                                               

(Main courses are served with a selection of potatoes & fresh vegetables)

DESSERTS

Summer fruit Eton Mess with a raspberry reduction

                                          

Four-layer chocolate gateaux served with luxury vanilla ice cream and a chocolate and Baileys sauce

                                           

Sticky Toffee Pudding served with warm toffee sauce and luxury vanilla ice cream

                                           

Cheesecake served with luxury vanilla ice cream
